What types of apartment can I book?
Stanley Apartments offers a One-Bedroom Apartment of 20 m² with one full bed, and a Two-Bedroom Apartment of 29 m² with one queen bed and one full bed. Both are entire apartments with a private kitchen and private bathroom.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. Check-in takes place at 16 Thackeray Street, Hamilton 3204.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed. Bicycle parking is also provided.
Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is not provided, but every apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle, and there are cafes, restaurants and takeaways within a short walk.
Is there a swimming pool, restaurant or spa?
The property does not have a swimming pool, restaurant or spa. It focuses on comfortable, self-contained apartment accommodation with room service and daily housekeeping.
Is there an airport shuttle?
There is no airport shuttle service. Hamilton Airport is 13 km away, around 20 minutes by car or taxi.
What is the WiFi policy?
WiFi is available in all apartments and is free of charge.
Do the apartments have a private bathroom?
Yes. Every apartment has its own private bathroom with a shower, toilet, free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.
Is a damage deposit required?
A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival and is collected as a cash payment. It is refunded in full in cash on check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome and family apartments are available. An extra bed for an adult is NZD 30 per person per night on request, subject to availability, and there are no cribs at the property. Pets are not allowed and the minimum age for check-in is 18.
How do I pay?
Cash and major cards are accepted. Please note there is a 2.5% charge when paying by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and similar cards, and all guests must show a valid photo ID at check-in.
How far is the property from the centre of Hamilton?
Garden Place in the city centre is 2 km away, an easy few minutes by car or around a 25 minute walk.
